One man wonder show! Very up front and takes the time to explain everything to you about your car being serviced. Line items on parts and his labor. One in a million for auto repairs in Honolulu! Truly honest! Best of all, a really nice guy.

Mark is awesome. Did an excellent job on my 2016 GMC Canyon diesel and did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

There is no other place you should take your car. Mark is the most honest person and best mechanic on the island. He uses the best parts and only fixes what needs to be fixed. If you want the best service and quality workmanship take it to Mark you won’t be disappointed.

Mark is an exceptional mechanic. He completed an engine swap for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He went above and beyond expectations and, in my opinion, was very generous with his pricing. He's busy with lots of projects so I would suggest contacting him in advance to schedule bigger projects. Def recommend to anyone out there who wants a knowledgeable and fair mechanic. 10/10.

Mike and his coworker are great guys - I came in to get a tire patched, and they took care of it quickly. After noticing a defect in the tire they redid the repair to address the issue without an extra fee Honest, professional, and efficient, recommend!

Osborne Auto Service did an amazing job for our car’s alignment. Our dealership gave so little info on why they sprung the alignment pitch on us, whereas Osborne Auto Service did the work and even was available to answer questions on the how’s, why’s and what we could do better in everyday operation. We both felt the immediate difference post alignment, something I CANNOT say about our experience at luxury car dealership shops. Reasonable, HONEST (this one is important and very well appreciated when looking for mechanics) and efficient. 11/10 would recommend OAS. Tips: schedule your service ahead of time. If it’s urgent and not regular maintenance, try anyways (they’re busy but accommodating!). Have a ride ready or if the time window is appropriate, there are a ton of good neighborhood eats within a couple of blocks.

Mark is an expert mechanic and a honest businessman. I appreciate how he runs his shop and his passion for cars. He was able to fix any problem (complex or straightforward) I had with my vehicle and always clearly explained why certain repairs were necessary. He also worked with my 3rd party warranty company to get the best possible repair for my car. I highly recommend his shop.
